AHS Citizen of the Month!

We are thrilled to announce the return of AHS Citizen of the Month for the 2020-2021 school year! Citizen of the Month is an ongoing project with the goal of promoting unity and overall positivity in the AHS Community. Through nominating someone using the attached form below, you are highlighting that person for their contributions to making AHS a more positive, welcoming, and all-inclusive place!

To kick off this school year, we’ll be doing something a little different…instead of nominating one Citizen of the Month, we will be nominating 3 Different “Pandemic” Citizens of the Month! These can be current AHS Students from all of 2020.

Although we’re all remote for the semester, and access to the greater student body is limited, there are people throughout AHS who have still demonstrated positivity, school spirit, and a love for the community! Have a supportive teammate? A kind club leader? Know a stellar community service worker? Well, they could be perfect for a citizen of the month nomination!

To nominate students, just complete the short and easy Google form attached below. Please fill out your forms thoughtfully, as we would like to properly highlight the individual for all that they do for our community!

The “Pandemic” COTMs will be announced at the beginning of December. After that, we will return to our normal monthly Citizen of the Month nominations.

Thank you so much for all of your kind and thoughtful nominations, and stay safe out there!
